Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Exchange is applicable only for manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.
- Damaged products due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible.
- All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection.
Exchange Process
- Customer must contact us with invoice and supporting photos/videos.
- After approval, the replacement product will be dispatched.
- Shipping or logistics charges may apply unless stated otherwise.
